These terms apply to the SiestaNoche app and website, operated by Giovum. By using SiestaNoche you agree to them.

What SiestaNoche does

SiestaNoche helps you find and book hotel stays for tonight and, where available, daytime stays. We show prices and availability supplied by our booking partners. We are not a hotel and do not operate any property.

Prices and availability

Prices change often and a room can sell out at any moment. The price shown before you pay is the one that applies to your booking. "All in" prices add taxes and fees we receive from our partners, including fees payable at the property. Amounts shown in a currency other than US dollars are estimates; bookings are charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Bookings

When you book, your reservation is made with the hotel through our partner LiteAPI by Nuitée, and payment is processed by their payment provider. The rate's cancellation policy, shown before you pay, governs refunds. Fees payable at the property are collected by the hotel. Questions about your stay itself, such as check in, the room or amenities, are handled by the hotel; we will help you reach the right party.

Price drop alerts

Alerts are a convenience and may be delayed or missed. They are not an offer, and the price at booking time is what counts.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, including scraping, reselling bookings, making fraudulent reservations or interfering with our systems.

Disclaimers

SiestaNoche is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Giovum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of hotels and other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
